Terms and Conditions

  • All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
  • RM 2.00 heritage charge per room per night, need pay to hotel upon check-in.
  • RM 50 refundable safety/key deposit will be collected upon check in.
  • No additional charge for children under 12 years occupying existing beds in the same room with parents.
  • Durian and mangosteen fruits are not allowed in our hotel. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • No extra beds in the room
  • Pets are not allowed in our hotel.
  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM.
  • RM 50 will be charged for late check-out.
  • Extended check-out during Peak Period:
    • Up to 6:00 PM - 50% of published rate imposed.
    • After 6:00 PM - one day's rate imposed.
  • Cancellations notice:
    • Normal Period:
      • Cancellations notice are required at least 7 days before the scheduled check in date, otherwise one night/package charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest.
    • Normal Period:
      • Cancellations notice are required at least 7 days before the scheduled check in date, otherwise one night/package charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest.
    • Weekends, Peak Period & Super Peak Period:
      • Cancellations notice are required at least 7 days before the scheduled check in date, otherwise one night/package charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest.
    • Last Minute Booking:
      • Cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable. A one night/package charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest.
    • No Show:
      • In the event of NO SHOW, a full length of the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest.
    • All cancellation & refund is subject to processing fee + Bank or Payment Gateway Charges.

Scope of Terms

These terms govern all reservations made through our Property Website.

Acceptance

You accept these terms on behalf of all members of your party.

Non-refundable Reservation Guarantee Deposit (NRGD)

To guarantee your reservation a Non-refundable Reservation Guarantee Deposit (NRGD) equal to ten percent (10%) of the Total Accommodation Charge (excluding applicable taxes and any other charges) is debited from your credit card when you click "Confirm My Reservation." Paying the NRGD enters you into a legal and valid contract with us subject to these terms of reservation.

Confirmed Reservation

The reservation is processed and confirmed within seconds. You will see a Confirmation Page containing your WorldPay Transaction ID and Property Confirmation Number that you should save and/or print for your records.

Terms of Modifying a Reservation

You may modify your reservation subject to our Modification Policy as stated in the “Property Policy” section. The NRGD is fixed at the time your original reservation was confirmed, so modifications made to your reservation, irrespective of changes in dates, accommodation types and/or number of nights, are not subject to additional payment. The full value of the modified reservation minus the NRGD already paid, including any additional accommodation charges, applicable taxes and other charges, should be settled at the property. Note: You will need the email address used for your reservation and the WorldPay Transaction ID to verify your identity before modifying your reservation.

Terms of Cancelling a Reservation

You may cancel your reservation subject to our Cancellation and No-Show Policy as stated in the “Property Policies” section. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for Cancellation Fees in accordance with our stated Cancellation Policies in effect at the time your reservation was confirmed. Note: You will need the email address used for your reservation and the WorldPay Transaction ID to verify your identity before cancelling your reservation.

Terms of a No-Show Occurrence

In the event that you do not check-in before the time specified in the Cancellation and No-Show Policy as stated in the "Property Policy" section you will have committed a "No-Show." This gives us the right to charge your credit card for the No-Show Fees as stated there.

Property’s Responsibility

Your contract for the accommodation services is strictly with our Property – as such, we are solely responsible for providing you accommodation and related services.

Secure Reservation Processing

The reservation processing is securely facilitated by our online reservation partners WorldPay, Verisign and DirectWithHotels.

No Liability

Neither we, nor our online reservation partners WorldPay, Verisign or DirectWithHotels , nor any of our directors, employees, affiliates or other representatives, will be liable for loss or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of any information, products, services and/or the materials offered through this website, including but not limited to, loss of data, income, profit or opportunity, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties, or any indirect or consequential loss or damages, even if we, WorldPay, Verisign or DirectWithHotels have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage, or such loss or damages were reasonably foreseeable.

Limitation of Financial Liability

In the highly unlikely event of an issue arising as pertains to a reservation, the liability to us, WorldPay, Verisign and/or DirectWithHotels, if any, is limited to the Non-refundable Reservation Guarantee Deposit paid at the time of the reservation.

Governing Law

Your reservation is governed by the laws of Jersey, British Isles, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts. The reservation confirmation (if any) and these terms represent the entire agreement between you and our Property Website with payment processing enabled by WorldPay, Verisign and DirectWithHotels.
